Who we are
A bunch of students trudging through university. A bunch of students who find great respite from said trudging in celebrating and promoting literature.
Our goals
To inculcate a stronger culture of engaging with literature on campus, and to offer students a platform to hone and brandish their literary skills.
What is NLC
The NUST Literary Circle (NLC) is a student-run organization dedicated to cultivating a love for, and facilitating engagement with, literature.
What we do
We host interactive sessions with authors, poets, and other literary figures; organize seminars and workshops on literature; and host various writing competitions and mushairay.

NUST Literary Circle invited the students to spend an evening with the beloved guest: Anwar Masood. Mr. Masood is a poet who amused and entertained the students with his work each time he graced the university with his presence. Along with reciting poetry, Mr. Masood shared his life experiences and was open to receiving questions from the audience.

A CELEBRATION OF
THE ARCHITECTS OF LITERATURE!
The National Literary Festival is a grand 2-day event where NLC envisions establishing a platform for artistic & literary development and providing opportunities to the youth of entire nation.
The event will feature a plethora of literature-related competitions — like short story writing and oratory contests with celebrity judges — social events to refresh the participants, and discussion panels and workshops with esteemed guests and artists to illuminate the participant's worldview.

NUST LITERARY CIRCLE
Even in the rigor and dullness that often surrounds engineering-centered institutes, a need for fiery expression, galvanizing discussion, and engagement with literature is always felt. At NUST, the NUST Literary Circle is a student society that caters to exactly that need with refined finesse, conducting — among other things — literary competitions, workshops, mushairey, and discussion panels.
